How does Bonk work?

Bonk uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to watch apps you select. When you've been in an app longer than the threshold you set, Bonk shows a gentle reminder — a "bonk" — so you can decide whether to keep going or switch away.

Why does Bonk need Screen Time access?

Screen Time permission lets Bonk see usage for the apps you choose to track. Without it, Bonk cannot monitor sessions or show usage charts. You control which apps are tracked inside Bonk.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Open Bonk → Manage Subscriptions, then manage your subscriptions there. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling Bonk removes app data stored on your device. You can also turn off Screen Time access for Bonk in Settings → Screen Time.
